The ECA Office in East Africa serves the following thirteen countries: Burundi, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, United Republic of Tanzania, and Uganda. The ECA East Africa Office is located in Kigali, Rwanda.
