This website is an integrated Knowledge Management (KM) platform of the ECA (Economic Commission for Africa) North Africa office. This platform offers several KM services:

• A Wire: Search engine to track publications and events on thematics and countries covered by the ECA NA Office.
• A collaborative module: Offering the opportunity to work in real time collaborative way and participate to online discussions within communities of practice.
• An electronic library of ECA NA documents: Providing a free access to publications and a conditional access to the working documents of the Office.
• A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module: Offering the opportunity to manage the relationship with partners and allowing a selective dissemination of information and knowledge to the Community of ECA-NA Office.
