I hold a Ph. D. in the field of Computer Science from the University of Paris 6, France. I've served 12 years as Senior University Lecturer and lead several research projects, including, organizing and leading multi-university research project on ICT for development and distance learning. In addition to international publications I've produced, I have strong credentials in management academic affairs (3 years Head of Computer Science department and board member of the University I, Cameroon), and international practical experience in facilitating think-and-share sessions. I have experience in managing adult education programme and practical delivery of training. I’ve designed, developed and administered training programme from the ground up. I can provide advise on African development issue and work closely with subject matters experts when it come to produce and deliver e-learning content. Prior to joining ECA, I was for more than 5 years UNDP National Project Coordinator of TICAD, a UNDP-Cameroon-Japan funded project component of the UNDP Cameroon Governance Programme.
