Oumar Sarr is a Statistician in the Statistical Development, Data Innovation & Outreach Section at the African Centre for Statistics. His areas of expertise include statistics and mathematics. Prior to joining ECA, he worked as a Survey Advisor for the Oxford Policy Management, as Statistician Expert for the United Nations Development Programme and as Consultant for United Nations Office for Partnerships, all of them in Rwanda. Mr. Sarr holds a B.A. in statistics from the ?cole Nationale Sup?rieure de l'?lectronique et de ses Applications (ENSEA), Paris.
