As part of the ECA office for North Africa strategy, the Knowledge Management (KM) helps to strengthen relationships between economic and social players, overcome institutional obstacles, reduce the costs and delays related to the production of knowledge and expertise and facilitate their diffusion among communities of practice. This module will help provide regional development actors, including inter-governmental organizations, UN agencies, the private sector or civil society with information, data and expertise sharing networks.

An integrated KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT platform

This website is an integrated Knowledge Management (KM) platform of the ECA (Economic Commission for Africa) North Africa office. This platform offers several KM services:

A Wire: Search engine to track publications and events on thematics and countries covered by the ECA NA Office.
A collaborative module: Offering the opportunity to work in real time collaborative way and participate to online discussions within communities of practice.
An electronic library of ECA NA documents: Providing a free access to publications and a conditional access to the working documents of the Office.
A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module: Offering the opportunity to manage the relationship with partners and allowing a selective dissemination of information and knowledge to the Community of ECA-NA Office.
