Over the past 56 years of its operations, IDEP has developed a strong tradition of partnering with stakeholders in Africa’s economic development, including member States, pan-African institutions, universities and research institutions, regional and sub-regional bodies, non-governmental organizations and development partners. Recently, these partnerships have expanded to include the private sector and philanthropic. These partnerships are voluntary and collaborative relationships where IDEP and respective partners agree to work together to achieve a common purpose in a manner where responsibilities, competencies, recourses, risks, and benefits are shared.
