Mr. Thierry Amoussougbo is Head, e-Learning and Knowledge Management at the e-Learning and Knowledge Management Section, in the African Institute of Economic Planning & Development. Thierry has more than 28 years' experience, expertise and achievements in planning, management, technical advisory services combined with strong and proven knowledge of Technology, Innovation and Climate change program management and monitoring and in-situ and digital capacity development and training pedagogy. His areas of expertise include Electronic and telecommunication per satellite, communication technology, design and implementation of large scale projects, and programme management. He is associated with APROGEB, ISIOC and ICANN. Mr. Amoussougbo hold a M.A. in Electronic from the Complexe Polytechnique Abomey Calavi, Benin, and specialized in telecommunication per satellite, CISCO, PRINCE-II, Program management and RBM.
