This course equips participants with future-oriented tools and methodologies for anticipating change and shaping long-term development strategies. Grounded in systems thinking and policy planning, it introduces the concept of strategic foresight—an approach that helps governments, institutions, and organizations to proactively prepare for uncertainty and emerging trends. Participants will engage with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and visioning exercises to enhance their capacity for long-term, sustainable decision-making aligned with national and global development agendas.
